Improve²

after just 5 days of constant workout according to the guideline for strength building, the effects are now visible...


now i can put 25%~50% more energy and speed when hitting racquetball ball (sounds weird repetition)...

maybe i should join the tournament next week...just to see how this thin body of mine can compete with those well-built americans... :P
